Forfar Loch parkrun will be holding a Christmas themed parkrun this weekend. Parkrun is a free weekly 5km event where participants can walk, jog or run the 5km route round Forfar Loch. We will also be holding a free festive lunch at 11am for volunteers and participants at the rugby club.
Also, this weekend members of Strathmore Community Rugby Trust will be doing an optional collection for the amazing work that they do, but volunteers and participants and encouraged to come dressed in festive costumes. Why not join us and join in the fun and family spirit that is parkrun. Under 11s must be within arms reach of their responsible adult at all times.
The parkrun starts with a the brief taking place at 9.20am giving you key information on the run, and then starts at 9.30am every Saturday at the training pitch at Strathmore Rugby Club. Parking is advised for Angus Council carpark at Orchardbank – not the rugby club itself.
